The WN Cultural Arts Institutes are being planned and designed to enhance communities and foster cultural development by providing education and exhibition of the arts as a means of preserving traditions and inspiring greater appreciation for the heritage of the communities in which they serve.

The initial campus location will include a multipurpose auditorium, concert hall, black box theater, dance studio, recording studios, classrooms, rehearsal rooms, art galleries and museum, restaurant, lounge, banquet hall, and culturally themed hotel.
